This material Is Nitrile Rubber NBR (Butadiene Acrylonitrile) it has excellent resistance to chemicals and oils etc.
It comes from a plant that extrudes the NBR into a pipe with an insert inside by warming the material. As it fills the pipe the NBR is pressed out the end of the pipe and collected for recycling. This process does NOT cure the rubber.
We receive only rubber from the first process.... i.e. the filling part.
I have been selling this rubber for making shoe soles in Mexico for the past 8 years and also exported for similar uses and also for gasket type applications.
I have about 5 full loads in my warehouse at this time because their production has increased inthe past month.
You can pull the rubber seen in the picture unlit it stretches so thin it breaks. Again it is not cured. I have never had any problems with this material in the past, and are in need of people to buy it .
