RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheets) : WANTED TO BUY

SMOKED NATURAL RUBBER.
A few of my customers who are manufacturing Cycle Tyres/truck tyres, etc; and are presently importing natural rubber RSS-3 SLR-10/20 grade from Malaysia, are interested to shift to your company, in case your terms and conditions suit them.
Their monthly requirement is around 400-500 metric tonnes.
It may not be out of point to mention here that the total monthly imports stands around 7000-8000 metric tonnes. Taking this into consideration, I would request you to kindly quote your most competitive rates along with the payment and other terms and conditions.
From my side, I would like to be your agent on commission basis @ 15.00 USD per mt. All the dealings will remain directly between you and the importer, but will be routed through me. I do hope this is clear.
In case you have already exported to any Indian importers recently, please furnish the details as it is going to be of help. Also please advise if you have any of your Trade Representatives in India as I do not want any clash in this regard.
