EPDM (Ethylene~Propylene Rubber) : WANTED TO BUY

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
1.CJSC “Kauchuk” is a manufacturer of rubber technical products.
At the moment we are looking for the Vibrating rheometer (Monsanta) which have been in use but in a proper technical condition.
We are open to consider any submitting proposal for purchasable part of favorably low competitable price.
2.Our Company is examining the possibility of purchasing ethylene-propylene rubber.
In case the parts based on this rubber compound after performing reliability tests meet the requirements , we`ll purchase this rubber.
Our requirements :
1.the Shore A hardness is 60-70 Shore A items.
2. the relative residual factor of deformation while constant squeezing in air no more than 25 % under the temperature of 100◦C during 24 hours.
3. the rising of hardness no more than 10% .
The parts based on this rubber compound should be operated in the condition of +130 t◦C , during 400 hours.
4.Moony viscosity is 45-55
5.Propylene ratio is 33-40%
6.Our aim is the part, made on the basis of EPR, should keep the assembly closure while testing under the t◦ +130◦ during 400 hours.
In accordance to the meeting above mentioned condition, we intend to get samples of rubber at the volume of 3-5 kg for performing all required tests.

3. Our company “Kauchuk” is looking for the opportunity of purchasing zinc oxide of the following parameters
ZnO content no less than 99.9 %
Lead content no more than 0.005%
Copper content no more than 0.0001%
Cadmium content no more than 0.0001%
Fe content no more than 0.001%
Manganese content no more than 0.0001%
Loss while drying 0.05%
specific surface area, m2\g 3.5-5.5%
oversize, knocking, sieve residue 325 mesh,% 0.02%

2) N- cyclohexyl-2- benzothiazolsulfamide( CBS) (powder\ in granules \);
3) MBTS (2,2 -dibenzothiazoldisulfide );
4) stearic acid;
5) antioxidant 4010 #A (N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine);
6) accelerator TMTD (Tetromethylthiuramdisulfide);
