The tabloid publication is supported solely by advertising revenues and does not sell it's mail list nor charge for it's editorial coverage. Published in Mountain, Midwest, and Northwest Editions, Parts & People is the primary operation of Automotive Counseling and Publishing Company, Inc., a Colorado corporation founded in 1986. AC&PC is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and maintains branch offices in Columbia, Missouri and Seattle, Washington.
